Daily Resonance

1. The Proposal

Daily Resonance is a platform based on the concept of 'Slow Tech', prioritizing meaningful, decelerated interactions as opposed to the instantaneity of traditional social networks. By using our service, you agree to participate in an epistolary exchange experience (letters) mediated by artificial intelligence.

2. The Connection Flow

• Thoughts: You send a personal thought ('Daily Spark') to the 'Universe'.

• Semantic Matching: Our system uses algorithms to find another person in the world with a thought similar to yours.

• Correspondence: Connections allow the exchange of up to 7 letters (not chats), respecting the project's 'Gratitude Limit'.

• Translation: Messages are automatically translated to facilitate global connections; you accept that automatic translations may contain inaccuracies.

3. 'Universe' Code of Conduct

To maintain the harmony of the 'Soul Journey', you commit to:

• Not send spam, hate speech or illegal content.

• Respect the poetic and epistolary character of the platform.

• Recognize that the system generates initial messages and closing reflections through AI to enrich the experience.

4. Ownership and License

• Your Content: You retain the rights to your thoughts and letters.

• Our License: By submitting a thought, you grant us a limited license to process that content (including vectorization and translation) in order to perform matching and letter delivery.

5. Limitation of Liability

Daily Resonance is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that a match will be found immediately; if there is no resonance at the moment, your thought will wait in the system until a suitable connection arises. We are not responsible for content generated by other users in exchanged letters.

6. Termination

You can archive your conversations at any time, transforming them into 'memories' in your profile (Soul Journey), where they will be available for reading only. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate the harmony of the platform.
